Privacy Policy

Effective August 18, 2026

HomePrintr is a document printing and mail delivery service operated by Zort Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company — the entity responsible for the personal information described here. You upload a PDF, pay online, and we print it and ship it to your door. That means you trust us with two sensitive things — your document and your address. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, what we do with it, and what we deliberately do not do.

Your documents

The PDF you upload is stored on Google Cloud Storage and used for exactly one purpose: printing your order. We do not read your documents beyond what printing them requires, we never sell them or use them for anything other than your order, and neither their contents nor their filenames are sent to analytics or advertising services.

What we collect

From an order: your email address, billing name, shipping name and address, and what you ordered. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number goes to Stripe directly and never touches our servers (see Stripe's privacy policy). We also collect usage data about how the site is used, via the cookies and identifiers described below.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make the product work: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (file storage and hosting), Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement), and the postal carrier (delivery).

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies and collect usage data on this site — see how Google uses data from sites that use its services. If you arrive through one of our ads, we store Google's ad-click identifier in your browser for up to 90 days and include it when you start a checkout, so an order can be traced back to the ad that led to it. Like most sites, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes with them, along with the effective date above.
