Who you are doing business with

HomePrintr is a service of Zort Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company. When you place an order on this site, Zort Labs LLC is the company you are contracting with, and any charge for your order is made by Zort Labs LLC. “HomePrintr”, “we” and “us” on this page all refer to Zort Labs LLC.

The service

You upload a PDF, choose print options, and pay online. We print your document on Letter (8.5″ × 11″) paper and mail it to the United States shipping address you give at checkout. By placing an order you confirm the file and address you provide are the ones you want printed and shipped — we print what you upload, as you uploaded it.

Ordering and payment

The price of your order — printing, shipping, and any minimum-order adjustment — is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — once your order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands.

Your document

You must have the right to print what you upload, and you may not use the service to print anything unlawful. We may cancel and refund in full any order we cannot lawfully or practically print.

Refunds and problems

If your file never reaches us after payment, the order is cancelled and refunded in full — nothing is printed and the site tells you so. For anything else — a print that arrives damaged, a lost shipment, an order you need to change — email support@homeprintr.com with your order reference and we will make it right, typically with a reprint or a refund. Because every order is printed to your file, we can't accept returns of correctly printed orders.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. To the extent Florida law allows it, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

If the terms change, this page changes with them, along with the effective date above. The terms in effect when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
